Crafted in 14K gold, this beautiful cartilage has an open heart accent that is embedded with Simulated Diamond Cubic Zirconia (CZ). It measures 5mm in length and 5mm in width. Includes a flower internally threaded backing in a matching color of 14K Gold. The 18 gauge cartilage piercing/flat back earring has a length of 6 mm and fits a thin helix or upper cartilage, the ear head or forward helix, and an average ear lobe.
