This is a great product for the runner or walker when wearing shorts that has no pockets. It is very light weight at .03oz you will never know it is on. It wraps around your waist with an elastic Velcro web belt. It has two pockets one for your cell phone and another for you keys, money, mace spray, license or your iPod feedback on this item. Well guys the Running Buddy exceeded everything I was hoping it would this morning, Not only did it hold my energy GU, jelly beans, car key, mace and my phone during my 10 mile run in the "pouring rain" but not once did my phone get a drop of water on it!!!! Every runner needs one. Can't wait till my next 5k run.
